The hotel was pleasant and had a perfect location. The staff were knowledgeable and the room had exceptional views. The room size was great and it had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a study table.

Location at the train station, low price and on top of that the ticket for all means of transport that you get. Nice staff.
Very loud. Windows aren`t soundproof, you can hear the noise from far away, walls and door as if made of cardboard, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor and in neighbouring rooms. Fortunately my neighbours were not very loud; bad internet connection on the 6th floor, always interrupting; very hard mattress.

above average and satisfactory breakfast with lots of bread, fruit and eggs. location close to the centre of dusseldorf, dortmund, essen, and the square. appetising food in the restaurants such as dschunke, located 5 min away.

Perfectly clean hotel in a shopping area. Delicious food. Nice size and functional room with a shower cubicle, the other with the toilet. A terrace. Very helpful and well-mannered staff. Quick check-in. Good service overall. the hotel is perfectly clean and conveniently located in a shopping area. the food served was delicious, and the room I stayed in was not only a nice size but also very functional, featuring a separate shower cubicle and toilet. I particularly enjoyed having access to a terrace. the staff were extremely helpful and well-mannered, making my check-in process quick and hassle-free. the service offered at Bahn-Hotel was excellent.
